Audited Accounts Road Fund Account and the Road Rehabilitation and Maintenance Project (RRMP) ROADSIP Account are audited by external Auditors on a yearly basis. The external auditors are appointed by the Auditor General on the approval of the Board of Directors of the National Road Fund Agency through a Tender. Road Fund Account is audited by Ernst & Young and the Road Rehabilitation and Maintenance Project (RRMP) account is M T Ncube & Associates. Audited Accounts are approved by the Board of Directors of National Road Fund Agency. The quarterly audited accounts are published in the Newspapers in January, April, July, and October and in our Annual Reports. Ernst & Young carry out audit of Road Fund for the 1st, 2nd 3rd and Fourth Quarters while M T Ncube & Associates carry out audit of Road Rehabilitation and maintenance Project (RRMP) Accounts on a yearly basis. The audited accounts are usually circulated to stakeholders in the road sector. CYMA carry out audit of DANIDA Account whose actual activity started in August 2003 following receipt of funding from DANIDA. This programme is for a period of five years. The The Danish Government through DANIDA has provided support for the rehabilitation of Zambia's road infrastructure. The Danish Government has granted 370 million Danish Kroner, towards this project. The published accounts are tabled in the National Assembly and circulated to all the stakeholders.
